Design & Engineering
Enerpan's engineering and design team works as an extension of your project, partnering with architects, contractors, and stakeholders from concept through completion. We provide the documentation and technical support needed to keep every project on track — engineered to meet your exact site, equipment, and performance requirements.
Our Design Process
Every Enerpan project begins with a thorough evaluation across three critical areas, ensuring your building is engineered right from the start:
- Client Requirements & Constraints
- Code Compliance
- Climatic Conditions
Beyond these foundational needs, Enerpan encourages stakeholders to focus on key sustainability and performance goals that drive long-term project success:
- Proper Material Selection
- Reduction of Waste
- Indoor Environmental Quality
- Energy Efficiency
- Project Life Cycle
Structural Design
Using advanced finite element analysis, Enerpan’s structural engineering team precisely determines the requirements of every custom building — optimizing material and labor costs without compromising performance. Each project is backed by a Professional Engineer-stamped structural report, delivering the confidence and precision that come from working with a true engineering partner.
Detailed Design & Assembly Drawings
Enerpan’s modular buildings are engineered and assembled at our facility, minimizing the need for on-site construction. Every project is fully customizable — including height, width, length, color, doors and windows, access hatches, R-Value, and transportation or lifting requirements. Using Autodesk Inventor, our engineering team designs every module and building assembly in precise 3D, identifying and eliminating potential collisions or interferences before fabrication begins — delivering production-ready drawings that keep your project on schedule and free of costly surprises.
ISA Formatted Documentation
Enerpan delivers project documentation formatted to ISA standards, giving your Engineers, Sales Teams, and Project Managers a clear, consistent framework to coordinate scope and building requirements — keeping everyone aligned and your project moving smoothly.
