Enerpan Systems
We provide building solutions for virtually any application, and our packages can be shipped to site pre-assembled, or as a package for factory or field erection. Core Wall Systems
Our Core Walls are designed and engineered Structural Insulated Envelope Systems that are panelized, and easy-to-assemble with simple hand tools. Core Walls can be easily adapted with internal and external finishing systems, if required, to meet any customer aesthetic preference or code need.
Metal Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
Utilized for wall, floor, and roof systems, Structural Insulated Metal (SIM) Panels provide a powerful, easy-to-assemble, structural system for quick assembly of buildings and building envelopes.
Fire-Resistant Metal SIPS
For higher-specification industrial uses, our Fire-Resistant Panels are usable as part of a fire-rated assembly (up to 1 hour), allowing customers to meet a wide range of code, climate, and client aesthetic needs
Thermally-Broken Composite SIPs
For higher-specification residential and commercial uses, the TBS Structural Composite Panels are structurally enhanced and thermally-broken, making them a cost-effective solution for prefabricated and stick-built construction.
Modular Enclosure Products
Our Modular Enclosure Products are panelized systems that allow for flexible design and easy installation, either on their own, or in partnership with our Core Wall Systems.
Removable Access Panels
The Removable Access Panel (RAP) system is designed for customers that need to meet increasing safety and building codes required for skid-based equipment, while still managing capital and operating costs.
Self Framing Buildings
Self-Framing Metal Buildings are structurally supported by a 22-Gauge roll-formed roof and wall panel, and finished with an insulation layer and interior liner, subject to customer requirements.
Standing Seam Composite Panels
Utilized as an exterior insulation and facade system (EIFS), for quickly and easily adding an additional exterior layer to the exterior of a building, tank, or envelope in order to meet additional building code, climatic, or client needs.
Custom Manufacturing
Enerpan is able to design, engineer, and manufacture custom composite panels and wall, roof, & floor assemblies that allow our customers to optimize for their own manufacturing and installation constraints.
